Posted - 18/10/2012 : 11:49:31 Hi one and all all and one.
Well cupcake ooooooooooooooooooops when I got back from shopping the G.O.L sad I didn't put ========= on the list nor die I put ======== on it and I said I didn't get you the black sacks cos I got them last time she asked why I had brought the other items again and I replied cos they were on the list sweet heart NO they were NOT she replied so I showed her the list, the I said see there on the list, her reply was simple you daft bat that's last weeks list ooooooooooooooooops. Mind I always have to remember the items she forgets to put on the list anyway lol.
Well now CRIM is down and its official, just another reason to get rid of more police people. I'm sure the reason that crime is down is NOT because it is but people just don't bother reporting it any more as we all know only to well that if and what they arrive at a crime scene they do nothing anyway.

Posted - 12/10/2012 : 15:43:41 Well GOM, this announcement has left me really angry. We are not putting on the heating unless we absolutely have to as it is, now its going to be even worse. Every BL**dy winter they put the prices up so they can make as much as possible in profit, never mind the avaerage Joe having to fork out money that he definately can't afford. When is somebody gonna step in and do something about this daylight robbery. |

Posted - 12/10/2012 : 09:28:24 Good news cae, fizz its been a long Waite
Well people now its official the sad news that gas and elec is now a commodity for the rich and well off.
--------------------------------------
From the BBC
British Gas raises gas and electricity prices
British Gas has announced increases to the gas and electricity prices it charges customers.
It has raised its charges for both types of fuel by about 6%, adding £80 a year to the average dual fuel bill.
Britain's biggest energy supplier said the "unwelcome" increase would come into effect on 16 November.
Its rival SSE, which trades as Scottish Hydro, Swalec and Southern Electric, has already said it will raise its prices by an average of 9% from Monday.
"We know that household budgets are under pressure and this £1.50 per week rise will be unwelcome," said managing director Phil Bentley.
"However, we simply cannot ignore the rising costs that are largely outside our control, but which make up most of the bill."
Rising costs With the average dual fuel bill now more than £1,300, Age UK said many older people were feeling "extremely anxious" about their heating bills.
"Cold homes pose a serious risk to the health of older people, yet huge numbers of older people cannot afford to heat their homes properly," said Michelle Mitchell, director general of Age UK.
British Gas last raised its tariffs in August 2011, when gas prices went up by 18% and electricity prices by 16%.
Then in January 2012, it cut its electricity prices by 5%.
The company first flagged up the latest round of price rises in May this year, when it warned that the gas prices it must pay were likely to rise this winter. On top of that, the company faced a bigger bill from the government.
The British Gas boss repeated these explanations when announcing the price rises, claiming that 85% of the price it charges customers is outside its control.
"Britain's North Sea gas supplies are running out and British Gas has to pay the going rate for gas in a competitive global marketplace," said Mr Bentley.
"Furthermore, the investment needed to maintain and upgrade the national grid to deliver energy to our customers' homes, and the costs of the government's policies for a clean, energy-efficient Britain, are all going up."
It said that winter wholesale prices were proving to be some 13% higher this year.
The cost of government policies and the national grid upgrade added £50 to the average household bill this year, and £60 next year, British Gas added.
Insulation British Gas also took the opportunity to highlight its offer to help households improve fuel efficiency by giving them free loft and wall cavity insulation, which it said could save the average household £100 per year on their bill.
The company extended its offer of free insulation to non-customers earlier this year.
All the energy utility firms are obliged under the government's "Certified Emissions Reduction Target" (or "Cert") programme to cut the carbon dioxide output by households.
Failure to hit the target each year could result in penalties from the energy regulator Ofgem, so most utilities are offering some form of help with insulation as a way of reducing the amount of gas that households burn.
British Gas claimed that customers that had already implemented energy saving measures had seen their fuel consumption drop by up to 40%, and as a result the average total fuel bills of its customers had not risen faster than inflation, despite the increases in fuel charge rates.
Age UK is calling on the government to invest more in improving the energy efficiency of older people's homes.
Under the government's Warm Home Discount Scheme, energy suppliers agreed to give discounts on energy bills to older households who receive certain benefits.
When it was launched last year, the government said it expected the four-year scheme to be worth £1.1bn and to help two million low-income households with their energy bills.

Hooray! Hope they sort things out for you really quickly xx (If anyone else is waiting for neurology the waiting list has been running at 8 months lately so they recommend if your symptoms worsen that you contact your GP.) |

These people are the councillors and heads of other services like the police..
Yesterday I had a round trip of 400 miles nearly 8 hours of driving, Sussex is the place I went to Bognor Regis. I can report that we complain about the state of our local roads but my O my the state of there's now is worse that a disgrace potholes wide open cracks, I don't think we have very much to complain about in comparison but hey we still will after why should we not have the best possible.
Least it was dry and sunny down there mind there were plenty of large puddles form the day before.

I'm not kidding myself, I know its only Cupboard love because I buy them a loaf of cheap bread every week, but I like to think theres some affection there. I just don't wear my flipflops because they nibble my feet!!!
Well GOM, I'm not sure how the word got out about me giving away free bread but before I was feeding three geese and some ducks. Went up yesterday and there were at least 60 geese !! Unbelievable. Well yesterday evening I see lots of police about doing the do what ever that is but ignoring vehicles illegally parked and even driving past them this morning so much for them upholding the law, mind I guess we should all be thankful that a police vehicle has been spotted in Tredegar at all.
Thought I might have wound at least somebody into the strange carry ons with our litter collection but guess 99% are happy spending there time soughting their rubbish for our wonderful council.
We can all now look forward to enjoy live music from a pub or club near us as restrictions have been dropped to allow live music from 08.00 to 23.00---------------and they think this is a good thing?
Looks like a rough week for weather again.
Just to let you know that person at the end of the long tunnel has blown the candle out again, If I ever find out who it is.

Posted - 25/09/2012 : 09:28:50 Ok so its bin day today and here we go again WHY do we spend so much time separating rubbish into clear bags, blue bags when they are picked up put in the same lorry then squashed up from time to time to make more room, the bags splitting the content being once again mixed up. Then unloaded into a heap in total mixed mess. Are the council having a laugh at us for our stupidity at waisting our precious time in the first place????
Do you spend more time washing the tins out maybe even costing you the price of using hot water?
