Cemetry at Cefn Golau

Are the council running a funeral service for old clapped out cars, as there was a Maestro van registration no E511 SOB cremated today at the side of Cefn Golau cemetry? At the service were a group of youths who soon made a quick getaway after the cremation. There are currently about seven burnrd out vehicles at this location which are an eyesore for users of the cemetry and which I think should be removed. What are your views on this matter?
