I've lived down Bedwellty Pits for nearly 3 years, and I've yet to see someone from the council come to cut the grass. The council make enough fuss when I 'forget' to pay my council tax, but I often wonder what the hell I'm paying it for! What do Blaenau Gwent council actually do with our money?
