Plenty of landlords/ladies run pubs with over 100 people in at one time, and DON'T have
the problems that pubs in Tredegar have. Drugs may be common, but last time I checked they
were still illegal.
It's up to the landlords/ladies to ban the dealers and users. Until they do this, the same
problems will occur over and over again.
