NCB site - Skate Park !

hi my name is kriss and i live in brynmawr but i spend my day (1:00 - 9:00) every day
in treadger i have noticed that there is a skate park below kwik save and it has been
dented and made unstable for skating on by the people who do not skate so i was wondering
if this site could be turned into an indoor skate park, skate shops and an activity area
for the skaters. i have done allot of research and it will be great income for shop in the
treadger area. This will attract people for abertillery to Merthyr which will be in the
excess of 2000 people who will which to use this facility. there of course will be a
members fee and a price to use the park and will have a great income. What do you think ?
