Burned cars near Cefn Golau cemetry

Whilst visiting Cefn Golau cemetery today, I noticed that there are another two burned out cars littering the common, just outside the cemetery fence. One is an Austin Maestro, and the other is an old shape Rover 213/216. It is only a few months ago since the last lot of burned-out cars was cleared from this location, and I think it would be a good idea if the Council were to put a barrier along the B4256 Tredegar to Rhymney road, to prevent the re-occurring problem of this area being used as a dumping ground for cars and for fly-tipping. The barrier wouldn't have to be very long, from the cattle grid gate to the start of the drainage ditch, which I estimate to be less than 100 metres, and for legitimate vehicle access to the common, such as electricity line maintenance, a lockable gate or barrier could be provided. If anyone knows who any of these two cars belong to, please ask them to arrange with their insurance companies to recover them (that is assuming they are insured?), or if anyone knows who dumped them here, then please report them to the Police or crimestoppers. The people who carry out this sort of crime are a menace to society, as not only doest it pollute the enviroment, it is a danger to children, and it also causes an increase in your car insurance, and council tax, to pay for the problem.
