I think the old NCB site would be ideal as a skate park, however it could encourage youngsters to ride skateboards around the town centre. So if a skatepark is built, the council should introduce a bylaw, that anyone caught riding a skateboard in a public place, except the skatepark, would have their skateboard confiscated and destroyed.
