It was "tea". They were stood outside.

I asked why no Town Council ballot papers, and was told that they were, and I quote, "all Unopposed...."

Strangely enough, he was not his normal self, quite downbeat about it all.....

He thought it was about a 50% turn out.....

Not on a school night
