Many thanks to Shropshire lass for this photo of a group of workers from the NCB. Shropshire lass added:

"I recently found this old photo of my late Father, William (Billy) Williams born 1915 with his workmates at the NCB in Tredegar.
Dad is in the middle row second from the left (sitting).

There's no date or names on the back I'm afraid, but Dad served in WW11 so I think was taken just before or after the war. He looks quite young

Perhaps a member can provide more information. "

the guy in the back row with his arms folded reminds me of fred and colin harris dad.

My Father has just looked at the Photo and said It Was Taken in the Old Wagon Works Where they Repaired the Wagons which is now Parker Motors on the Promenade , Philly Rees Also Known As Philly Faggot Who lived Next Door To Norman Morgan at 36 Picton Street Worked There But Is Not On The Photo , Gordon Williams 96 High Street Also Worked there In the 1950's but is not on there Either
