What a sad looking photograph!! I think I can see my old school in the background.
Anyone knows what happened to all that stone that went to build that school??

The stone from Earl Street was used to build the visitor centre at Bryn Bach park.

..............and a quite a bit of the stone walling and the odd silt trap built around the park too.

Looks like the Pirates of Penzance to me I remember my son being in that Great school, they built them to last in those days

That was a PROPER stage! Huge curtains and everything. I remember doing concerts on there and the stage seemed gigantic (probably wasn't) and you felt as if you were on the stage at the palladium or something :) Happy days.
