noticed lately that a jcb has been moving + clearing a patch of groud by the bridge,theres a for letting sign put up aswell,anyone know whats occuring

don't know who is letting this ground,but about 2 months ago a land for sale sign was put up in the hedges on the by pass side of the bridge, and afew days later it was ripped off and thrown in the river,then the jcb moved in and the gate on the entrance to that ground was locked and a sign put on there to keep out,then the sign was put up saying to let.

As this land is an old railway embankment i would guess it still belongs to British rail? or their successors
