Many thanks to the "R Ledger & Evans family M.Wathan" for the photo below of a shop that was located in 21 Glyn Street that closed approx 1955 that featured a Miss G Evans.

Can anybody remember the name of the shop please ?

Watts was a shoe shop at number 9 or 10. Number 21 was trevor waters

Watts shop was in her front room.She sold haberdashery.Her daughter was the secretary in the Grammar School in the fifties

Ex Brompton is correct, Mrs Watts sold children's clothing, and haberdashery. It looks like the shop is split, grocery on the left, and clothing of sorts, on the left. There were many shops in Glyn Terrace, but I don't remember that one, perhaps before my time. I don't recall a GLYN STREET either.
