Next are genuine cans of Welsh air and a lady's underwear, canned not in China but in "guaranteed hygenic" conditions at "Pandoras Box", Abergavenny, circa 1962. Above one of the cans is a sterling silver cup presented by the Devenish company in 1938 to the Tredegar Darts League. The name of the recipient is not included but it was given to me in the 1950's by the secretary of the Fernbank Club so I assume the cup was awarded to that club.
The price list from the Fernbank which follows was effective in 1971, (in old money) but became obsolete that year when the UK changed to decimal coinage. Next is a photo of a beer pump in my bar that at one time served many thousand pints of beer in the Fernbank before it was gifted to me in 1973
