Round Up: SWALEC Plate & Bowl Semi-Finals
Source - WRU

The finalists of the SWALEC Plate and Bowl, at the Millennium Stadium on May 9, are now known after Saturday's semi-finals
SWALEC Plate Round-Up

Risca of Division Four East upset league rivals Tredegar Ironsides to reach the Millennium Stadium for the first time in their history.
The Gwent club, who produced Wales captain Ryan Jones, beat the promotion-bound Ironsides 13-12 having held the lead for most of the Swalec Plate semi-final.
Chris Fraser scored Risca's only try of the match on 20 minutes, it converted by Rhys Carpenter who also kicked two penalties.
Ironsides replied with two tries from Jonathan Mills and Mark Williams, the second converted by Ryan Hill, but although this pushed them back to a point deficit the Cuckoos refused to budge.
