5 mph for vehicles maybe proceed with man employed to carry red flag now theirs progress no youth unemployment and solve traffic problem at a stroke

Instead of wasting our hard earned money. by placing restricted bollards in town and then banning cars from using the town. be more constructive. and help this town grow.

I say yes and no really. Is there really much point to that piddly little road? However, is that little road the cause of so much hassle that actual money should be laid out to pay for redeveloping it?
